Longest stop on the tour but an oasis of all campsites in Botswana: Chobe Forest Lodge.
Chobe Forest Lodge will be our base and this was carefully chosen as it provides a break from the rugged camping to something a little more comfortable in terms of facilities.
We will visit Impalili Island, engage and have a Sunday service on the island 27 April 2025.
Picture praying over FOUR countries that the island uniquely sits in the middle of.
A visit to the local schools and churches in Kasane to deliver Bibles and prayer books and we have some interesting conversations confirmed with local Pastors and the Sisters from the Catholic Mission.
Of course we will have a day trip to the majestic Victoria Falls where once again you could not be in a better setting to speak to God and pray together for the beautiful continent we are experiencing in all it's wonder.
Included in your package price is a Sunset boat safari along the Chobe River which will be one of the best experiences you have had.
The above is a brief Itinerary which will not change, only changes may be the routes we take and that is why 4X4 capable vehicle is essential.

ACCOMODATION
- Camping using a Self-drive 4x4 that requires a tent and to be self sufficient.
- Nxai Pans, Moremi and Chobe National Park is camping in the "wild" but with a few added comforts like hot water and ablution facilities.
- You are inside the reserve and there is no doubt that the amount of wildlife you will experience is incomparable to ANY other destination country.

- Do not stress there are stops to replenish supplies and we are doing a route that sticks closely to roads with towns and villages
- Our 4 night stay at Chobe Forest Camp will heal those aches and pains from the long walks and driving days.
- This is a tour where God and the Holy Spirit will bring you to many people who are looking for hope, unconditional love, grace and comfort, all which will come with the delivery of a message to them from God.
-
ESSENTIALS FOR THE TRIP
- A love for God is first and foremost and a desire to spend some time teaching others about Jesus.
- There is no qualification, just a heart willing to accept what the Holy Spirit will be bestowing on you!
- A sense of a humour and patience is always welcome.
- Reliable 4X4
- Vehicle with sufficient ground clearance.
- Vehicle needs to be equipped with a mounted tent, spare cans for fuel, preferably a fridge and cooking facilities and water storage for inside the national parks.
- Fuel is widely available but at times shortages can exist and therefore we must make sure that your vehicle can cover a range of 600km where some sections are deep sand and these sections do heavily affect fuel consumption.
- We can provide rental vehicles for those that do not have and we do aim to be the most economical choice. We can also recommend vehicle hire companies we trust.
- Love for adventure, daring spirit, and a can do attitude.
Adventure Ministry wants these journeys to be just as much about teaching others as it is about your own personal relationship with Jesus. We can assure you that the Holy Spirit will fill you in ways you will never experience.
-
PLEASE REMEMBER
- This tour is about peace and spreading the word of God.
- Local laws and obeying the instructions of the staff of the national parks is non-negotiable.
- They have jobs to do, are always friendly but like everyone else can have a bad day.
- You will be led and accompanied for the entire journey by a full support vehicle that includes a guide who is a qualified professional hunter (PH), medic and safety officer.
- IN ADDITION We also have two support staff to assist but they are not waiters or domestic workers. They themselves are training to be qualified professionals who will lead our tours in the future.
- Going to a new country is a learning experience, you will get more out of this tour for you own inner self if you take some time to research and learn about the areas, local customs and history.

What is Ministry On Tour: Africa?
2025 is the launch of our Christian missions where we will be visiting at least 4 African countries. 14-21 Nights travelling through Africa, teaching about Jesus, experiencing local cultures with visitors from around the world.
Ministry On Tour: Africa was created to offer an alternative vacation/ holiday option to tourists, both local and international. This is a Christian missionary experience that combines missionary work with a holiday itinerary.
Christian or religious tourism mostly target destinations with historical religious significance. Ministry On Tour: Africa provides an opportunity for all Christians around the world to experience Africa and all it's splendor with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, to strengthen their Faith and helping others find theirs!
The first stage of our African venture involves leading Christian missions into Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Malawi through a self-drive 4x4 safari trip which is led by our experienced guides and professionals.
These tours will also serve as research opportunities. Whilst teaching about Jesus is the ultimate calling for Christians, we want to also see the viability of Church planting, we want to explore and learn what obstacles Christians are facing each day practicing their faith and, through these trips, we will plan further development of our future missions.
